Cloud Jotter ("the app") is developed by Burggarten Software ("we"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles your information.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to us. The app does not include analytics, advertising, tracking, or any third-party SDKs.
The notes, folders, and tags you create are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud, this content is synced across your own devices through your personal iCloud account, which is managed by Apple. We have no access to your notes or your iCloud data. iCloud data is handled under Apple's Privacy Policy. If you choose "Local Only," your notes never leave your device.
The app stores a small amount of preference data (such as your chosen storage mode and sort order) locally on your device using the system's standard settings storage. This data is not shared with us or anyone else.
We do not sell, share, or disclose any user data, because we do not collect any.
The app does not knowingly collect any information from children or anyone else.
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.

お客様が作成したメモ・フォルダ・タグは、お客様のデバイスに保存されます。iCloud を有効にした場合、これらの内容は Apple が管理するお客様個人の iCloud アカウントを通じて、お客様自身のデバイス間で同期されます。当方はお客様のメモや iCloud データにアクセスできません。iCloud のデータは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて扱われます。「このデバイスのみ」を選択した場合、メモがデバイス外に出ることはありません。
